Processing Time

  • All rugs are handmade and made to order.

  • Production time is typically 7–10 business days before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and La Poste/Colissimo.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • France & EU: 3–7 business days

    • UK & Switzerland: 5–10 business days

    • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

    • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

  • France & EU: Free shipping

  • UK, USA & Canada: Free shipping

  • Rest of the World: Flat rate €20 / $25

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package on the carrier’s official website.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • ORYRUGS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@oryrugs.com and we will assist you in opening a case with the carrier.


Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
