1. General Conditions

  • By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All rugs sold by ORYRUGS are hand-tufted, made-to-order, and unique pieces.

  • Due to artisanal production, slight variations in size, color, and design may occur.

  • Product descriptions and prices are subject to modification without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include French VAT (20%).

  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

  • Payment is due in full at checkout. No partial payments or deposits are accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • ORYRUGS offers worldwide shipping.

  • Delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

  • Orders are shipped from our workshop in Paris, France, via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and La Poste/Colissimo.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply outside the European Union and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ORYRUGS is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As rugs are custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of defect or damage during delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt at support@oryrugs.com with photo evidence of the issue.

  • If a return is approved, the customer must ship the product back unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.oryrugs.com (texts, images, logos, designs, products) is the exclusive property of ORYRUGS SAS.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ORYRUGS SAS is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products (e.g., improper cleaning, exposure to water, or use as a doormat).

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by French and EU law, and in all cases shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
